it tests the performance of a clients computer and how well it can handle dynamic effects...
the preloader than adjusts the quality depending on the fps it gets from the test...

wow damn daily 5th, wow i spend days working on stuff and sometimes nothing... for a 3 hour project i didnt expect it to do well, wow maybe i will do a more pro preloader and put it up
